We are on holiday from 22/4/2025 - 21/5/2025. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched when we are back on 21st May 2025.
Delivery is FREE on all orders. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
Delivery times are usually 2-3 working days.
Returns & Refund
We have a 7 day Returns policy. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and let us know you wish to initiate a return.
Return items must be in the same condition as sent (unopened/unused). Refunds will not be issued for any opened/used items.
Partial refund will be issued for the return of unused/unopened items. (e.g., if you purchased 20 pouches and used 5, only the 15 unused/unopened pouches are eligible for return and refund).
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
