Delivery
Delivery is FREE on all orders. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
Delivery times are usually 2-3 working days.
Returns & Refund
We have a 30-day returns policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and let us know you wish to initiate a return.
Returned items must be in the same condition as sent (unopened/unused). A refund will not be issued for any opened/used items.
A partial refund will be issued for the return of unused/unopened items. (e.g., if you purchased 20 pouches and used 5, only the 15 unused/unopened pouches are eligible for return and refund).
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
